Stäfa lies on the Gold Coast of Lake Zurich and spans a considerable difference in altitude: from the lakeshore at around 403 metres up to the Stäfnertürli on the Pfannenstiel at over 600 metres. If you are moving in the Dorf or Kehlhof districts by the lake, you will deal with dense development along Seestrasse; if you live further up towards Grundhalden or Oberhusen, with steeper access via the Pfannenstiel high road. The Stäfa police are responsible for no-parking zones on public land; we take care of the application for you.
Besides Uerikon with its own station, Oetikon and Uelikon are also part of Stäfa, so access conditions vary considerably depending on the district. Major employers such as Sonova and Sensirion generate noticeable business traffic, especially around the two stations of Stäfa and Uerikon at rush hour. In Uerikon itself, which has retained its village character, access to older properties is often narrower than in the larger Dorf district.
