An archive is only as good as its order
An archive relocation is rarely about weight – it is about order. If binders are put back in the wrong place, your team will still be searching months later. That is why, before the move, we record shelves, compartments and linear metres and transfer the system one-to-one to the new location.
Confidential files remain in sealed containers throughout the entire transport. If the new premises are not yet ready, we store the archive at our facility in the meantime.

How much does an archive relocation cost?
The effort depends on the linear metres, the shelving systems and the access. We record everything during the on-site survey and give you a quote with a cost ceiling within 24 hours.

All prices include insurance, excluding 8.1% VAT. The exact effort depends on workstations, furniture and IT equipment and is determined during the free on-site survey.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

Will my archive's order be preserved?
Yes. We label every container with its shelf and compartment number and put the files back in the same order at the new location.
How are confidential files transported?
We transport confidential documents in sealed containers directly from the old to the new location, without any intermediate stops. Any special requirements are recorded in the quote.
Can you store files temporarily?
Yes. If the new premises are not yet ready, we store your archive in clean, dry conditions from CHF 15.– per m³ per month.
How much does an archive relocation cost?
We bill at an hourly rate: a team of 3 including furniture van from CHF 262.– per hour, excluding VAT, minimum booking 3 hours.
Do you also dismantle shelving and mobile shelving systems?
We dismantle and reassemble standard office shelving. For mobile shelving systems, we clarify during the on-site survey whether the manufacturer needs to be involved.
