Office move with a plan
The move is only finished when every workstation is working again
An office move consists of many small units: desks, chairs, mobile pedestals, monitors, folders and personal boxes. So that nothing has to be searched for at the new location, each workstation receives a code that appears on the furniture, boxes and floor plan.
At the new location, our teams set up the furniture according to plan and fully assemble it. This allows your IT managers to concentrate directly on the cabling – or you can additionally book our IT and laboratory relocation for sensitive equipment.

How much does an office move in Zurich cost?
The cost of an office move depends mainly on the number of workstations, the archive volume and access (lift, floor, parking). For an initial estimate, use the calculator above; the binding quote with a cost ceiling follows after the survey.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

That depends on the number of workstations, the archive and access. During the free survey, we estimate the duration and plan whether the move will take place in one day, in the evening or in stages.
How much does an office move cost?
We bill at an hourly rate: a team of 3 people including a furniture van costs from CHF 262.– per hour, excluding VAT, minimum booking 3 hours. On request, you receive a cost ceiling.
Do my employees have to pack themselves?
No, that is your choice. They can pack personal documents themselves into our free loan boxes, or you can book the complete packing service.
Do you dismantle and reassemble desks and cabinets?
Yes. Furniture assembly is part of our office move: desks, pedestals, cabinets and shelves are dismantled at the old location and reassembled at the new location according to plan.
How do I inform customers about the new office address?
Schedule the announcement before the moving date and have your business mail redirected – with the Post at short notice for up to 3 months, then as a long-term redirection. Both are listed as tasks with dates in the customer portal.
