In a business relocation, it is not just about furniture arriving intact. What matters is that your employees can work at the new location on day one: workstations set up, boxes in the right place, printers and screens connected.
That is why every business relocation with us starts with an on-site survey. We record workstations, archives, server and technical rooms, access routes and lift dimensions – and use them to draw up a schedule with stages, responsibilities and a cost ceiling.

How much does a business relocation cost? Hourly rate and additional services
We bill business relocations by actual working time – transparently in 15-minute increments. How many people and vehicles make sense depends on the number of workstations, the archive and the IT. After the on-site survey you will receive a quote with a cost ceiling within 24 hours.

All prices include insurance, excluding 8.1% VAT. The exact effort depends on workstations, furniture and IT equipment and is determined during the free on-site survey.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. How much does a business relocation cost?
A team of 3 including a furniture van costs from CHF 262.– per hour, excluding VAT, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Billing is based on actual working time in 15-minute increments. We determine the total effort during the free on-site survey and, on request, give you a cost ceiling.
Can you move at the weekend so that operations can continue?
We work on Saturdays with no surcharge – the same price applies from Monday to Saturday. This way your team can work as usual on Friday and start at the new location on Monday.
How do I report the new company address to the authorities?
A change of registered office is reported to the commercial register office, since autumn 2024 online via EasyGov. According to the federal SME portal, an address change costs CHF 30.–. Via EasyGov, the new address also reaches VAT, the compensation fund and the accident insurer (UVG) in a single step.
What happens to old office furniture?
We dispose of old office furniture professionally for CHF 65.– per m³ plus the effort for dismantling and transport. Electrical appliances are returned via the official collection points.
How are the furniture and equipment insured?
The transport insurance covers up to CHF 100'000.– per van, the business liability insurance up to CHF 5 million – with no excess for you.
