I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

How much does end-of-tenancy cleaning cost?
For a 3–3.5-room apartment, the guide price is between CHF 750.– and CHF 1'300.–, for 1–1.5 rooms between CHF 350.– and CHF 700.–, excluding VAT. You receive the binding price after the survey.
Do I have to be present at the apartment handover?
The handover takes place between you and the landlord. According to the tenants’ association, the apartment must be handed over at the latest on the last day of the tenancy.
Do I have to sign the handover report?
No. According to the tenants’ association, signing is voluntary; whoever signs acknowledges the defects listed.
Can I book the move and cleaning together?
Yes. We then plan both with one date and one quote – without any additional coordination effort.
