A short distance, but many details
Even if the distance is only one floor, an internal move often affects many workstations at the same time. Desks have to be dismantled and reassembled, boxes allocated, and the lift and stairwell protected – all while the rest of the business keeps running.
We divide the move into stages, protect floors, walls and the lift and set up the furniture according to the new occupancy plan. We can dispose of or store surplus furniture at the same time.
- Staged plan: only a few workstations affected at any one time.
- Protection of lift and stairwell: protective materials are included.
- Furniture assembly: desks, cabinets and shelves according to the occupancy plan.
- Surplus furniture: disposal CHF 65.– per m³ or storage from CHF 15.– per m³ per month.

How much does an internal move cost?
Internal moves involve no long drives – the work lies in carrying, dismantling and reassembling. We bill in 15-minute increments and give you a cost ceiling after the on-site survey.

All prices include insurance, excluding 8.1% VAT. The exact effort depends on workstations, furniture and IT equipment and is determined during the free on-site survey.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

We bill by actual working time: a team of 3 from CHF 262.– per hour including vehicle, excluding VAT, minimum booking 3 hours.
Can you take surplus furniture away at the same time?
Yes. We dispose of old furniture for CHF 65.– per m³ plus labour, or store it from CHF 15.– per m³ per month.
Do I need a lift?
Not necessarily. Without a lift we plan for more staff; for large items we consider using a furniture lift from CHF 300.–.
