The Hague zero-emission zone: access rules
Since 2026, the zero-emission zone has applied in the centre within the Centrumring S100 including the Telderstracé and S103, as well as on the coast in parts of Haagse Hout, Loosduinen, Segbroek and Scheveningen. Vans first registered before 1 January 2025 may enter with Euro 5 until 2027 and with Euro 6 until 2029. Since 1 July 2026, the Vrachtwagenheffing has applied in the Netherlands – a distance-based toll for Dutch and foreign lorries of classes N2 and N3 with a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 3,500 kg.
