Getting to know Bad Ragaz

Until 1937 the place was simply called Ragaz and was a farming village. The change came with the thermal water: from 1838/39 the 36.5 °C water from the Tamina gorge was piped to the Hof Ragaz, and numerous hotels, guesthouses and businesses sprang up.
