Seville requires a «Comunicación previa de realización de mudanza» (form M010) together with a declaration of the «Tasa por Mudanza». Seville's ZBE covers the Isla de la Cartuja and applies Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The highest-emitting vehicles are banned, i.e. petrol vehicles from before 2000 and diesel vehicles from before 2006; violations have been fined since July 2024. Registering in Seville after your move
The residents' register is managed by the Servicio de Estadística of the Ayuntamiento de Sevilla. You submit your registration at one of the Distritos Municipales – appointment via 010 or online – or directly via the Sede electrónica with a digital certificate. Don't forget: before you leave, deregister with your Swiss municipality of residence and set up mail forwarding to Seville in good time.
