ZBE Zaragoza (Casco Histórico): what applies to the removal van
Since 12 December 2025, Zaragoza has been fining violations in the ZBE, which covers the Casco Histórico. Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, vehicles without a DGT environmental sticker may not enter; anyone who leaves again within 15 minutes is not fined. The fine is 200 euros, or 100 euros if paid immediately; a second zone (Centro) will follow from 2030. (Source: race.es)

After moving in
Registering your residence in Zaragoza
Without an appointment, the Oficina de Relaciones con la Ciudadanía (ORC) at Plaza del Pilar 18 receives you Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2 pm. With an appointment – booked online, by phone or via 010 – you can also register at the Juntas Municipales and Juntas Vecinales; online with a certificate or Cl@ve you can then obtain the registration certificate (certificado or volante).
