A move is an exceptional situation for animals
Strangers, open doors, furniture disappearing: for dogs and cats, moving day is stressful. A clear sequence avoids a lot of stress – a retreat room is cleared last, and at the new home we set up your pet's area first.
We do not transport animals; they travel with you. Instead, we dismantle and reassemble scratching posts, enclosures and dog crates and make sure that doors are not left open unnoticed.

All prices include insurance and exclude 8.1% VAT. Guide values are based on average effort; the exact amount is determined during the free on-site survey and invoiced according to actual working time, including travel to and from the site.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. Frequently asked questions about moving with pets
Who cleans the old flat for the handover after years with a dog or cat?
On request, our cleaning team takes care of this with a final clean including a handover guarantee. We thoroughly remove pet hair in corners, scratch marks on doors and dirt on the balcony and window sills. Our team attends the handover inspection and fixes any points raised by the property management immediately and free of charge.
How do you protect the new flat before moving in with pets?
Before any furniture comes in, we lay down floor protection and pad door frames, the lift and the stairwell. This keeps new floors clean, even if your dog is later the first to run through the rooms. We carry furniture and pet accessories in wrapped and assemble them with our own carpenters.
Where can furniture be kept if pet owners can only move in a few days after moving out?
The furniture goes into our storage facility, where it is kept dry and climate-controlled behind an alarm system. In the meantime, your pet stays with you at family, friends or on holiday while the furniture waits safely. As soon as the new flat is available, we deliver and reassemble everything.
When do you deliver the moving boxes so my pet can get used to them?
We deliver the boxes free of charge two to three weeks before the moving date, together with packing tape and padding material. This time helps many animals get used to cardboard boxes and changing rooms, instead of suddenly facing chaos on moving day. After the move, we collect the boxes again.
How much does it cost if moving day takes longer because of my pet?
You only pay for the time actually used, billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum of 3 hours. A short break to calm your cat is therefore not rounded up to a full hour. If you want certainty, you can agree on a cost ceiling or a flat rate after the viewing.
What should pet owners pack within easy reach the evening before the move?
Pack a separate bag with food, water and food bowls, lead, medication, vaccination certificate, favourite blanket and toys, and for cats the carrier and litter tray. Label this bag clearly so it does not end up in the removal van. That way your pet has familiar things around it on the first evening.
