Packing takes longer than the move itself
For an average household, packing often takes several evenings or weekends. Fragile items have to be protected individually, heavy books spread across many boxes and everything labelled.
With our packing service, we take over this work. We bring the material, pack room by room and label every box so that everything ends up in the right room at your new home.

How much does the packing service cost?
The packing service is charged according to effort and shown in the quote after the survey. We lend you the moving boxes free of charge. The moving box calculator shows how many boxes you need.

All prices include insurance and exclude 8.1% VAT. Guide values for average effort; the exact amount is determined during the free on-site survey and billed according to actual working time incl. travel to and from the site. The packing service is charged additionally according to effort.

Based on your moving date, the customer portal creates the checklist for the municipality, post and insurance – with ready-made letters for your new address.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

Frequently asked questions about the packing service
Who packs jewellery and important documents with a packing service?
It is best to do this yourself. Jewellery, cash, ID documents, contracts and medication belong in a separate bag that travels with you. Our team packs the rest of your household goods, from crockery to books, and deliberately sets such personal items aside if you mark them beforehand.
How exactly is the packing work charged?
By actual working time in 15-minute increments, with a minimum of three hours per job. If we pack on moving day itself, the time runs seamlessly into the move. After the survey visit, we can agree a cost ceiling on request so that you know the amount in advance.
Where do packed boxes go if the new flat is not ready yet?
Into our furniture storage, from CHF 15.– per m³ per month. There your boxes are kept dry and climate-controlled, with an alarm system protecting the premises. Your labelled boxes stay sealed there until the move-in date is fixed; then we deliver them together with the furniture and put them in the right room.
When do you collect the moving boxes after unpacking?
By arrangement, as soon as everything is unpacked. If we have also done the unpacking, we can take the empty boxes away straight away. If you unpack yourself, we agree a collection date at the new address so the boxes are not in the way for weeks.
What happens to furniture that has to be dismantled for transport?
Our own carpenters dismantle wardrobes, beds and shelves at the old place and reassemble them at the new one. Screws and small parts stay with the respective piece of furniture so nothing gets lost. We protect delicate surfaces with blankets and padding material, which is included in the price.
Which services can be combined with a packing service?
Furniture assembly, end-of-tenancy cleaning with handover guarantee, disposal from CHF 65.– per m³ and furniture storage. For the final cleaning, our team is present at the handover and fixes any complaints immediately free of charge. This way you get packing, the move and the flat handover from a single provider with a single quote.
