All prices include insurance and exclude 8.1% VAT. Guide values are based on average effort; the exact amount is determined during the free on-site survey and invoiced according to actual working time, including travel to and from the site.

I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. The subsequent cleaning was also carried out professionally, so the handover went through without any issues. What's more, all the staff were extremely friendly. I can only recommend the company.

Frequently asked questions about moving boxes
Who collects the moving boxes after I have moved in?
We do. As soon as you have unpacked in your new flat, we collect the rental boxes from you. Fold the empty boxes flat and stack them in one place; that way the collection is quick and the boxes do not stand in the hallway for weeks.
How do you pack pictures, mirrors and lamps that do not fit in a standard moving box?
Pictures and mirrors go into their own flat boxes and travel upright in the van; we dismantle light fittings and pack the shade and base separately. We wrap large pieces of furniture in blankets and protective material. That way everything arrives intact, even if it does not fit into one of the standard boxes.
Where is the best place to put packed moving boxes before moving day?
Ideally all together in one room close to the exit, heavy boxes at the bottom, light ones on top and the labelled side clearly visible. Keep escape routes and stairs clear. In the new flat we carry every box straight into the room written on it.
When will I receive the moving boxes before my moving date?
We deliver the boxes and packing materials to your home two to three weeks before the date. This leaves enough time to pack rarely used items from the cellar, attic and cupboards first, and the kitchen and bathroom only in the last few days.
What should not go into moving boxes, even if I have enough of them?
Cash, jewellery, ID documents, important contracts, medication and keys. It is best to transport these yourself in a separate bag. Also keep chargers and the essentials for the first night within easy reach, so you do not have to search for them in your new home.
Does the number of moving boxes affect the cost of my move?
Indirectly: we charge in 15-minute increments for the actual working time, with a minimum of 3 hours. Well-packed, uniformly sized and labelled boxes can be stacked and carried faster than loose items. If you would like a fixed upper limit, you receive a cost ceiling after the viewing.
