Who a full-service move is worthwhile for
A full-service package is worthwhile for anyone who wants to handle as little as possible themselves on moving day: busy professionals, families, seniors or anyone returning from abroad.
Instead of organising a moving company, cleaning and disposal separately, we plan everything with one appointment. You receive one quote, and we coordinate the sequence.
- Packaging: we pack everything and unpack it again at your new home.
- Transport and assembly: including protective material and insurance.
- End-of-tenancy cleaning: with handover guarantee.
- Disposal and storage: CHF 65.– per m³ plus labour, storage from CHF 15.– per m³ per month.

How much does a full-service move cost?
The basis is the move according to apartment size. On top of that come the modules you choose: packing according to effort, end-of-tenancy cleaning, disposal and storage. In the calculator above, select «Move + end-of-tenancy cleaning» for a combined guide price.

All prices include insurance, excluding 8.1% VAT. Guide values for average effort; the exact amount is determined during the free on-site survey and billed according to actual working time, including travel to and from the site. I was very satisfied with the moving services and the cleaning work. The furniture was properly packed and handled with care. Who attends the handover of the old flat with a full-service move?
Our cleaning team is on site for the appointment with the property management. If they find fault with anything, we put it right immediately and free of charge. So you neither have to clean yourself nor arrange a second handover appointment if marks are still spotted during the inspection.
How is a full-service move billed if packing takes longer?
By the actual time in 15-minute increments, with a minimum of 3 hours. If you want certainty in advance, after the free on-site survey you can request a cost ceiling or a flat rate that covers packing, transport and furniture assembly together, even if moving day runs longer.
Where do movers protect the building and flat from damage during a full-service move?
Along the entire carrying route: we lay floor protection, pad the lift and cover the stairwell before the first piece of furniture is moved. Delicate items are additionally wrapped one by one. If a wardrobe will not fit through the stairwell, we use a furniture lift where needed.
When is the best time to book a full-service move?
As soon as your moving date is fixed. After the free on-site survey you receive the quote within 24 hours, and we deliver the packing materials 2 to 3 weeks before the date. With this lead time, packing, cleaning and disposal can be coordinated neatly with one another.
How much does it cost to add a piano to a full-service move?
Piano transport starts at CHF 250.– and can be included as an additional module in the same quote. We pad the instrument, carry it safely through the building and place it in the spot you want at the new address, in the same job as the rest of your household goods.
Which items should you still carry yourself with a full-service move?
ID documents, contracts, keys, medication, jewellery and chargers belong in a separate bag that travels with you. Our team packs everything else room by room; that way the essentials are close at hand on moving day and do not get lost among the boxes.
