Applying for a moving area in Turin via «Città Facile»
You apply for the moving area online via the «Città Facile» platform using SPID, CIE or CNS, at least 5 days before the date; the reply arrives no later than 48 hours beforehand. Two revenue stamps of 16 euros each are due, plus a fee (canone) of 0.1111 euros per m² per hour, minimum 35 euros, with surcharges for parking bays or traffic interruptions. If reserved areas or traffic changes are required, the application must be sent by email at least 20 days in advance to the Ufficio Concessioni Occupazioni Temporanee Suolo Pubblico (Corso Racconigi 49): settore.cotsp.edile@comune.torino.it. Access with the removal van
ZTL Centrale: what you need to know
The ZTL Centrale applies on weekdays from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m., not on Saturdays. For moves that do not occupy public ground, an exemption can be requested from GTT using form MOD. ES. 15 – for lorries under 11.5 t; vehicles below Euro 3 are excluded unless they have an LPG system. The application must be submitted within ten calendar days of the first day of entry. Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes may not drive on roads outside built-up areas on Sundays and national public holidays, usually from 9 am to 10 pm, and from 7 am between June and September. Registering your residence in Turin
In Italy, under Art. 13 DPR 223/1989, the declaration of residence (dichiarazione di residenza) must be submitted within 20 days of the move, including when moving from abroad. (Source: comune.torino.it) You submit your declaration of residence within 20 days of arrival, including from abroad – fastest online with SPID, CIE or CNS, or alternatively with guided assistance without a digital identity. The responsible office is the Anagrafe centrale at Via della Consolata 23, supplemented by local offices. EU citizens submit the documents listed in Allegato B, non-EU citizens those in Allegato A.
